How We Work

A clear, coordinated process—from first conversation through delivery.

Built Around the Project

We work primarily through showroom partners, supporting designers, architects, and builders through the selection, specification, and delivery of materials. Our approach is straightforward: clear communication, accurate information, and reliable follow-through from first conversation through final delivery.

 Process Flow

1. Project Review

We begin with the showroom, designer, architect, or builder to understand the project's scope, aesthetic direction, application requirements, and timeline.

2. Material Selection

Materials are reviewed and narrowed based on design intent, performance requirements, scale, color, texture, and budget considerations.

3. Quoting & Specification

Detailed pricing, lead times, material specifications, and sample information are provided. Layouts and technical details are reviewed as needed to support accurate decision-making.

4. Order Confirmation & Production

Orders are confirmed in detail prior to production. Materials are then produced through the artisan factories and workshops we represent, with coordination maintained throughout the process.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping is coordinated according to project requirements, order size, and timing. Updates are provided as materials move through production, transit, and final delivery.
